I Have An Acer Aspire 5535 Laptop, Out Of Warranty. 2left Usb Ports Don't Work
Have tried different mouses, webcams, flash drives, none are seen, yet system says all ports ok. I have unplugged, restarted, shut off started up[, taken battery out, put back in.

The driver software of the USB port may not be installed or driver files are corrupted. Please follow these steps to fix this issue:
1. Click Start/Windows logo
2. Right click My Computer/Computer
3. Click Properties
4. Click Device Manager
5. Locate the Universal Serial Bus Controllers
6. Locate the the USB hub that has an exclamation mark
7. Right click and click the Update Driver Software
8. Update the driver software and restart your computer
