Unable To Shutdowm
Im using Acer 4732z. Couple of days back, Im having problem shutting down my coputer. It unable to shutdown at all. I've waited more than 30 min and it still trying to shut down. Im using window 7 starter pack. How do i shutdown my compuer ? I've even tried to hold the "ON" button for 10 sec for it to shut down manually, but when I turn back On, the problem still occurred. What should I do ? Its even kinda slow during start up. Please advice. TY

The first thing you have to do is to force shutdown your computer by pressing the power button for about 5 seconds. Turn the laptop again and test if the shutdown properly works. If it didn't, you have to create a new user account. You can follow the video tutorials below:
