Acer Aspire -5253-bz602-windows 7 Problem Machine Too Slow

Acer Aspire 5253-BZ602...AMD Dual Core Processor E-350 15.5" HD LED LCD,AMD Radeon HD 6310,4GB DDR3 360 GB SATA HDD,DVD-Super Multi DL drive,Acer Nplify 802.11b/g/n 6-cell Lion battery the machine even when I replace the HDD for a new one 360 GB SATA and I use the Recovery DVDs,the machine is too slow and erratic.
