Hello sir,Can I upgrade my Acer Aspire 3620 laptop with CPU, GPU and Graphics?

Sorry to say but you cannot upgrade the GPU (Graphics Card) in your laptop. It is soldered to the board. Only option is to purchase a new laptop if you want a better GPU. CPU and GPU usually cannot be upgraded or replaced.
