Update using the AVG User Interface:
1. Open the AVG Program.
2. On the left side of the window, click Update now.
3. If update options are offered, select an update.
4. Allow the update procedure complete.
5. Repeat the procedure to make sure that AVG is fully up-to-date (a message informing you of this will be displayed).
Update from a folder
Updating your AVG by using binary update files from a folder is useful when updating a computer which is not connected to the Internet.
Update using the command line
Updating AVG using the command line is useful when you are trying to automate the process in a specific way using a batch file.
Hope this helps!
