I can receive emails but CANNOT send emails

Greetings. Probably settings issue. Go to the AT&T mail account. In Outgoing Mail Server, SMTP should be fmailhost.isp.att.net. Go to the outgoing SMTP screen. Make sure that Primary Server and Other SMTP Servers are all on.
