How Do I Contact Att Via Email Re: My Data Card That I Have Yet To Receive.

i am alltel customer. at&t bought alltel. I'm still waiting to receive my replacement at&t Internet cart. i was told it would be delivered by mid Nov. # for card is 434 447 9686(this is internet card#/not a cell phone #)  acct# listed on letter from at&t is 6980320631. att site doesn't recognize that acct#. site wont allow me to log in or register on their site with either #s above. i cant find an at&t email address that works w/o registering or logging in to site, which i can't do. i have no phone;email is only way i have to contact. thank you, Jennifer Rainey
