No Signal On Tv After Power Outage
After a power outage, the ATT receiver VIP 1225 and the old non-HD TV work, but the HD TVs that are hooked up to Cisco ISB 7005 DVRs do not work. Even after repeatedly resetting the receiver and restarting the DVRs, holding down ATT and OK simultaneously etc, and even having tech support reset the router that powers internet as well as U-Verse TV, I get “no signal” on the TVs.
It appears that the receiver is refusing to “handshake” with the DVRs, even though the green lights indicate that they are receiving the signal etc
Any suggestions of what to try, or is ATT service (and replace the DVRs) the best bet?
thanks
