Asrock 960gm Motherboard, No Post Shows Up

I want to know why the post do not show up on the monitor when I turn on the computer. I hear one beep, what does that mean?

Assuming that the system boot up OK, one beep is likely nothing but some sort of status. Most PC's beep one or more times at bootup.

The fact that nothing is shown likely means the boot sequence is set for "quick boot" or "quiet boot". Press F2 or DEL immediately after the beep to get into the BIOS config.
