Aeg Lavamat 69680vfl Washing Machine

When drying the towels, the water in the condenser is clear. Yet, when I rinse the towels in warmwater, there is a lot of washing liquid coming out of the flannels and towels. Therefore the towelsare stiff (not soft as they should be) and starting to smell. The Washing Machine does not seemto be rinsing properly. I do use the extra rinse. Have had the machine since last September.Is there anything I can do?Mrs J Walker
