Error 21 & Machine Will Not Run

had an E20 error, which was being caused by a pinched outlet pipe. I corrected that and checked that the machine be drained properly. Then the door would not unlock... resolved that and then it would take on any water. Resolved that, but now the drum won't turn, as if the washing cycle won't activate and I'm stuck at this point...Please help!.
