English ➠ ➠ TIME/DATE SETTING ➠ 8 CROWN Pull out to normal position. 5 DAY SETTING (For Cal. 8F33) q Set the time and date first, and then, set the day. w Turn in accordance with a time signal. w Push back completely in either direction to first click. w Push back in to second click when Second hand is at the 12 o'clock position.
