RYOBI 40 volt Chainsaw Saw cuts well, but poor battery runtime or quality.

I have been waiting to buy a lithium ion chainsaw, when i saw this one I thought it could be good. The 14" bar is nice, it cuts well but the smaller 55Whr battery that is included with the saw dies after 5-6 log cuts or 5-10 minutes of use. I watched youtube videos of other users pushing similar saws through 8" hard wood. Some reviews say they got 45 min to 1.5 hours of cutting time from similar saws. This battery must be defective. A 97Whr battery is available, I think it should have been sold included with this saw. I think 45 min of cutting time would be reasonable for a decent tool. I did contact RYOBI about the issue, I got a generic "take it to a service center reply". I am returning the saw to Home Depot.
