You and your company suck! How Pyle Electronics has remained in business in the US baffles me. I'm sure it's not from repeat business. I had purchased a new (PT588AB) 5.1 surround sound receiver with 5 HDMI ports. Only the front output speakers and subwoofer worked. The rear and front speakers did not work. I purchased a second (PT588AB)with same issues, I promptly returned the product to the retailer. Obviously, you think that you are a thriving electronics company. Reality is, you are a mule located in New York and distributing inferior electronics for the corrupt Chinese's Enterprises pushing their inferior products to the American consumers.
