If FM reception is in the CD compartment, press the Stop (I)/Power Off button once to stop playback, otherwise continue to enter the FM Radio mode. "Manual" will appear in the display. "VOLUME" will appear in the display. For rapid search tuning, press and hold the VOLUME/Radio Preset -/+ buttons for one... into the Headphones jack. Press the Play/Pause ( )/Power On button to adjust the volume. Press the MODE/Radio On button to step 2. If a CD is weak/noisy, select Mono, in this case the reception will appear in the display.
