So far, annoying and may go back!

EVERY microwave I have ever owned has had power level 1 for low and 10 for 100% (high). This one has 10 for 10% and 1 for 100%.. OK if the programmers all were on that same page. The "quick start" or even regular time entry then start BOTH result in power level 10 and hardly heat anything so to heat a babies bottle for 30 secs. you have to hit 30 then power level button TEN TIMES to back it down from 10 to 1, then start. 13 key presses compared to hitting the start key for a "quick start 30" which worked on our 10 year old GE we replaced with this. Wow, REALLY? The cheap cardboard piece inside on the right was torn and is an unexplaned addition to the microwave, still waiting to hear what that thing is. When it is out there is a big hole in the right side of the microwave.. UGH!!
