My new best kitchen toy for decades to come:)
I'm in love with my new Cuisinart CPC-600 pressure cooker. I just got it a day ago and i have been using it all day making meals and I even baked bread too. Also I have been looking online for recipes just so I can use my Cuisinart pressure cooker. I can't stop talking about it to my fiance. I keep asking him what can I make you? All I can say is WOW, the flavor I get from using this genius cooker makes every dish full of popping flavors just like at a 5 star restaurant. The pressure cooker is very easy to use. All you do is place your ingredients inside, select options & walk away. Cleaning is so simple too. I love how the parts come apart for quick & easy cleaning. I really like how the lid was engineered to hook onto the edge of the pot and still be lifted off completely for easy access to the compartment. The safety of this machine is AMAZING, I can feel safe about it all the time without worrying if I'm going to get hurt or burned. That being said about the safetyness of the pressure cooker while using it I had over stuffed it and it kept clicking to keep warm. It does this because it can not create enough pressure with the little space it has so instead it clicks to keep warm so it does not overheat.I'm so thrilled to show off my cooking using the pressure cooker this Christmas:) I can't wait to see what my family thinks about the flavorful mouth watering dishes I'll be whipping up.
I never thought I could ever own a pressure cooker because of the "scary" stories people would say about them and I am so happy I decided to give it a try with the Cuisinart after doing a lot of research on which one is the best one to buy! I seriously got up this morning and gave it a hug smiling at how happy I am to be the owner of this lovely stainless steel beauty:)
