Bosch HBL5750C08 panel lights up but will not work

I hate this oven. It was installed 4 years ago and one year ago I could not get the oven to work at all. The control panel lights up, but when you touch anything, i.e. set clock, i.e. start oven, nothing happens and the control panel goes dark. I paid over $3,000 for this oven and microwave (so far microwave works fine). I believe the wiring to the front panel must be loose but have not taken the time to pull the unit out of the wall. If it is not loose and the control panel, I am not getting it fixed. Way to expensive for control panel.

Looks good at first but.....

I am not a frequent oven user, but this is the hardest to keep clean oven I've owned ( I'm 70, so I've owned many ovens). There is a gap at the top of the oven door between the exterior glass and the metal of the door. It is very, very easy to spill just a tiny bit of anything liquid going in or out the oven into that gap. That drop will run down the interior of the glass and the only way to remove it is to call a technician to 1)remove the door and 2) then take apart the door and clean it. The cheaper and more reasonable solution is 1) Bosch could come up with a solution to the design flaw or 2) NEVER turn on the oven light and try not to look at the glass in good light 3) maybe a stick-on reflective coating on the glass that could be pulled back when you want to check the oven w/o opening the door? My advice - get a different oven & one with more responsive customer service. Bosch just told me to pound sand.
