PROBLEM Coffeemaker does not turn on "Keep Hot" plate and is not plugged in the brew basket and close . Brewing takes too long.
Water reservoir might need cleaning. There may be improperly placed on "Keep Hot" plate. Carafe may be correctly placed.
Remove filter basket and replace correctly into brew basket.
