Horrible customer service
I was trying to rechedule an appointment and called the phone number to speak to someone. That rude B**** hung up on me 3 times. When I initially asked how to reschedule my appointment she said you have to do everything online. I had a question regarding other testing that I wanted to ask but she was unwilling to listen. I said but I wantes to ask a question. She said well you haven't asked me a question and hung up. I called back and said I was just hung up on and she tried to make an excuse that she was transferring me so I said no you weren't, you hung up on me. I said I need your supervisor and she said "I don't have one," and hung up again. When I called a 3rd time she was laughing when I told her I was going to call the corporate office. She tried to flip it and said I refuse to talk with you and hung up again. This is appalling customer service.

I had my blood drawn by Ellen Huang at the LabCorp location at 139 Centre Street in Manhattan, New York City. She can best be described as a magically gifted stealth vampire. While she tied the rubber strap I looked away and nervously chattered and pumped my fist, all the while explaining that I had always been a "difficult stick". When I turned back to see when she would be ready to start I noticed that she was already filling the 3rd vial of blood. I am 67 years old and THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I NEVER FELT ANYTHING.
