I believe Adobe has cheated their loyal ColdFusion clients by removing full support for ColdFusion in their Dreamweaver Application moving it to CF Builder. The problem here is that CF Builder is not offered in a CC Subscription. I have to purchase it separately. What baffles me is the Dreamweaver as originally developed as an application for ColdFusion Developers/Designers. First by Allaire, the Macromedia and finally purchased by Adobe who has slowly sucked the sole out of the product since purchasing it. It is also unconscionable that Adobe would NOT include CF Builder in the CC subscription, especially since pulling full support of ColdFusion from Dreamweaver. I will be cancelling my CC subscription as well as finding others like me, which I am sure are many, and voicing my disillusionment with Adobe as well as blatant disregard for their customers and ColdFusion Developers.

The cloud
Adobe is making two big mistakes:1. Their customer service is horrible, not responsive, and they don't welcome customer feedback. A good company solicits feedback to stay current on how it can improve and remain popular with the people who keep them in business.
2. The move to requiring people to pay monthly/annual fees rather than buy the software to use and upgrade when needed is a mistake. While the cloud is one option, many of its customers prefer independence and can't afford Adobe's prices. They should not eliminate customer purchasing of stand-alone software such as Illustrator and Photoshop; we don't all need to use all of the Adobe creative suite products in the latest versions. Adobe is pricing many creative people out of their products. Big mistake.

Outstanding
The Adobe software is accessible to almost everyone and is a great program. Just hope the free software stays "free"OldOwl.... April 4th, 2013

Awesome software company!
I have used Adobe softwares since I started using computers and I have always trusted their name. Their products are high-end and incredibly easy to use. I will continue to use Adobe products as long as they are made!dijon.... October 3rd, 2012
Adobe is okay with me
I went to fullsail where I recieved a launch box for my classes and in this box the majority of the components were adobe products.Adobe is expensive but worth it.and because I was a student I received a 40%-60% discount on all my products and it was covered by financial aid. Their products are up to professional standards and considered the best. I would Highly recommend their products to anyone who plans to purchase software similar to this to go ahead and add a few more bucks and get quality for your dollar.Anonymous-76363.... Downloaded trail illistrater 11 and the adobe tracking junk which slowed my computer to a crawl. Tried to remove everything but once adobe gets thier hooks in there was no way to remove it.

On the heavy side.
Adobe software is pretty useful, but you'd better have a fast enough computer if you want to do anything with them...ElderNoden.... July 17th, 2012
Expensive, but worth it!
While their software is somewhat on the expensive side, based on my experience using the programs on other computers, I can say that you are not getting ripped off.Steveo9632000.... February 17th, 2012
Good Performance but pricey
Adobe design products such as the digital suites are extremely over priced for their functionality and they charge this price because they have been made the industry standard for multimedia design. For any young and up coming designers there are a lot of free products such as Inkspace to check out that offer the same functions as photoshop!ehjohnson7.... September 2nd, 2011
thanks for good programs

Great resource
Abode software is highly useful to many people and for the most part, easy to use. However, buying this software as an individual is very pricey.pchaitanya.... April 30th, 2011

Why so expensive?
Most designers are solo freelancers. We don't have a ton of money. As technology grows, more and more programs get added to the "suites", making them so expensive that no one can afford them except big companies. We can't compete with that. The programs are brilliant and of course I understand the time and development costs that go into them, but there has to be a middle ground. Don't even get me started on the updates, which are timed to hit the shareholder's meeting and not because there is anything new to deliver to the user.anyavnclv.... April 9th, 2011
Never had any issues with Adobe
I have never had any issues with Adobe. Everything has always worked properly, and even the digital downloads were great. I have never had to call their customer service number, so I cannot relate to those who say they've had a poor experience there. Anytime I have emailed I have received timely service back.Anonymous-25075.... March 28th, 2011
They are beyond horrible. I have called four times. One technician tried to help, but after an hour and a half I ran out of time. I was given a case number. I have called back three times. I never got through the first time, I held beyond their closing time. The next two times I was placed on hold. I was disconnected the first time, then nobody ever got back to me. Why even advertise customer support?

This is the worst support I've ever experienced in my long, long, life. Talk about passing the "buck" they top the list. Impossible to get through, put on hold, when I did, message said 19-30 minute wait, which I did, an hour and more later, I gave up. Wish I'd never got involved with an e-reader, and especially wish I've never purchaed books to be delivered via Adobe Digital. They are the worst of the worst!
