Have New Phone, But Can't Get On Itunes For Apps - States Wrong Password - Help?

COULDN'T REMEMBER OLD PASSWORD - TRIED TO START NEW ACCOUNTS - ITS NOW ALL MESSED UP.  WOULD LIKE TO GET ACCOUNT STRAIGHT SO i CAN DOWN LOAD SOME APPS FOR MY IPHONE.
