My Ipod Shuffle Will Not Sync
This is my third shuffle, have had problems with first two, now new one will not sync, when i sync music, it says sync complete but it is not and then i am requested to use itunes to sync music, i have down loaded itunes, SONY say problem is not with Viao, help
