How Do I Get A Refund On An Itunes Purchase?
Yesterday I got an email with the new Hoops and yoyo Sound the Alarm app, from the app store for .99. I redeemed a gift card and got the app, thought I downloaded it, only to get the message at the very end, that the app is not compatible with my iPhone 3G. Why did it not inform me this before the download TRIED to go thru? How do I get a refund on an app I can not use? Thank you for your time. Valerie
