Movie Rental On Apple Tv

Im trying to rent and view a movie on my apple tv, I folow all the necessary steps. but I get a notice tha says. Verification required, before you can make purchases, you must go to the iTunes Store on your computer and verify your payment information. done all of that, still get the same warning. help me please...
