Lenovo Ideapad Screen Resolution Problem

please i replaced the screen of Lenovo Ideapad E10-30but found out that my screen resolution is set at maximum 1024*600 instead of 1024*748...please can re-installing VGA solve my resolution problem, if not can i get help for you all???please this help is urgentthanksbj

Right click the desktop & select personalize or screen resolutions to make changes to your display.
