Emachine W3644 Not Recognizing It's Internal Modem....
I had my pc reformatted, and since I got it back it's failing to recognize that it has an internal modem installed. It keeps telling me to make sure the modem is plugged in and on.....I removed the cover and located the modem, which appears to be connected but there are several wire set connectors that aren't connected to anything......I need a complete wiring diagram for this machine so I can be sure a vital plug has not been knocked free. Also.....I need to know the proper port settings and where to enter them as well as what type of modem comes standard on this machine so that I can install the proper drivers.....I have lost all of the documentation that came with the pc. .. Thank you!
