Turns Off By Itself ,i Turn On And Again Off

WHAT IS WRONG I OPEN THE COMPUTER  LOOK INSIDE FANS RUNNING WELL REMOVED ONE OF THE MEMORY THEN THE OTHER BUT CONTINUE TURNING OFF I REINSTALL THE WINDOWS NO HELP
