Does It Support Pci-express Video Card Expansion?

I have just got that PC and I'd like to know if I can improve my video card with a low-profile PCI-e one. My Specs: eMachines EL1352-01eMotherboard ACPI-x64 AMD Athlon II x2 2.7GHZ Nvidia 6150se nforce 430 (THIS IS WHAT I WANT TO IMPROVE)
