Can you replace/upgrade the video card in the eMachine el1333g-01w?

yes you can ,  not too many options due to the 220 w stock power supply unit and the low profile requirement .

these two will work :

Galaxy Nvidia 520  or Asus Ati 5450  , either 512 or 1024.
