E528 Laptop Will Not Load Windows How Do I Do The Recovery Process

Turn on computer, Hit the Power button, then imediatly start tapping the F8 key, you should get a black screen with white letters..   On the button,  use arrow keys, up and down arrows, The bottom one is what you want.   You may have to try starting and tapping F8 key several times..  it's very tricky to get it some times.
