How To Increase The Ram?

I don't see how you open the bottom of the Emachine netbook 355 to change the RAM in size>

Pry the keyboard off but leave it attached to avoid damaging it. Undo the screws that are under the keyboard. Poke a screw driver or other long thing instrument through the indicated hole. That will pop off the back panel. Gently release the clips holding the ram, remove the old one, snap new one into place. Repeat process in reverse to close it up.
