I Cannot Install 3 Web Cam Drivers Application

Where did you get the drivers from? This is the official source: http://support.gateway.com/us/en/emac/product/default.aspx?modelId=3328
Try reinstalling after downloading the most current drivers.
Then try a 3rd party webcam app. For example: http://www.yawcam.com
