Asking Your Support

I am asking on my Emachines D728-4838 Laptop that there is no power from Pc's battery and nothing is displayed on the screen.Furthermore,if I used a direct AC power connection without PC's battery,no power at all. But,If I power on the pc with there is a blinking brown light on the LED of my machine. So,what could be the possible reason for it?

you just have a dead battery, you need a new battery. if the power produced by the battery is not safe for the machine, it will reject the battery and blink to indicate that the battery is rejected.
