We support the latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer (PC only), Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari. If you're using an older browser or one that isn't supported, you may notice that some features on eBay don't work correctly. Per eBay.

To check which OS you are using click on the My Computer icon on your desktop of from the Start menu. Right click the My Computer icon (monitor and tower pc image) and select properties. The System info will appear under General

TO determin which version of Windows OS you are running you can press the Start button and type winver in the search button followed by enter. Or if running an older version, click Start, click Run and then type winver in the box followed by enter.
Some people have reported having problems using eBay when they are using Windows 7.

If they don't work for you, try calling: http://ocs.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?CustomerSupport and clock on the Contact eBay tab to get a phone number and the short one-time code number. Write down the number and call immediately.
I'm surprised that it won't load at all for you but there are some other issues: spyware and trojans - run a security check on you computer.
You might need to repair Internet Explorer or even reload it - Microsoft will help you with that. Begin by going to Start > Settings > Control Panel > select Add-Remove Programs (no, you're not removing it) scroll down to Microsoft Internet Explorer and highlight it. Click the Change/Remove tab and select REPAIR. OK/Yes. If it can repair, it will; if not you will need to take steps to reload it.
