I order a product on ebay on 24/8/2012, i didnt came till now, and the dealer is not answering my calls and emails.....

Just see the mail in which the final order is mentioned ,in that the maximum delievry date must be written ,wait upto that if it doesnt come to u till then ,then u can mail to ebay complaining that
