I Am Being Charged Twice Each Time I Buy Something
I bought a few items from eBay and each time i was charged twice .

What is making you think you were charged twice? You get a notice that you won, and you get an invoice, and you get a receipt. Maybe these multiple emails are making you think you're getting charged more than once. Have you actually looked at your PayPal transactions? If you ARE getting charged twice, you need to contact the seller.
