I Purchased A Product. They Sent Me A Tracking Number (china Post?)

Trying to track, I received answer: "invalid number". I wrote to eBay, but I received only the automatic machine answer. I was searching in the site for live chat, but I do not find. What can I do?

The tracking will not update until the item is actually shipped out. Try waiting a few days and try again. If it's been more than two weeks since it was shipped out, you can start a dispute with the seller via the eBay Resolution Center.

I tracked a package I ordered using this link. Maybe it will help you. It was a couple years ago, so hopefully the link still works. Or try this linktrack-trace.com/post and select "track with options" In the future, you can find many answers to questions on EBay in their "Ebay Community"
