I have won 2 phones from the seller and was about to pay through Pay Pal, but the error message shows: This card cannot be used for this transaction. Please choose a different way to pay, or add another debit or credit card to your account. In accordance with Indian regulations, funds in your PayPal balance cannot be used to make payments for purchases. You will have to check with the seller to see if there are other payment forms they will accept. Sellers often have specific payment methods. Also, you can try to link your bank account with the paypal account so that the money goes through that way.
