Password Problems.

Since may 2014 I am not able to log in to ebay.com.I've been a member of ebay for the past 15 years. This is all about to change my password which i've tried to do but cannot since ebay says it cannot reconnize my email or user name.I have tried may, many times to log in but unable to do so. I've written ebay.com customer servie and support but have not receive an answer for months. If you can be of help I would appreciated very much. Thank You Bernard Methot

At this point I think the best thing to do would be to call customer service at 866-540-3229.
