Ebay Has Defrauded Us

Email reference id: [#9aaca912e99d49e1966097b7726f2302#]We investigated this item and wanted to get a shipping estimate; when we found the high cost of shipping, we backed out of the order and did NOT click "Confirm" and did NOT enter our new Credit Card number, so we believe we did not make a purchase.  However we now have and email thanking us for our order -- Please CANCEL this order.  If a shipping estimate cannot be provided before placing any order, we will NEVER order from ebay again.  Please fix this.

Please be advised that this is HelpOwl, not eBay. We cannot cancel orders here. You should login to your eBay account, go to the item you won and contact the seller from there, requesting that the transaction be cancelled. Unless the seller has sent you a fraudulent confirmation email, you would have had to click the Confirm Bid button in order to receive a purchase confirmation. If you feel the transaction is fraudulent, you can open a dispute via your eBay account, or, if you paid with a credit card, you can dispute the charge with your credit card company.
