Problem With Password For Words With Friends.

I just replaced my ipad with the latest version. Words with Friends Free became frozen, so I upgraded to the paid verion.  I cannot seem to be able to log in because of my password.  The message Zynga sends is that the password reset was mailed to my registered email address.  I checked the two accounts where I receive my e-mail, including the spam and junk folders, and I still haven' received it.  I've tried deleting words with friends and reinstallling it, but it doesn't work.
