On Level 23 In Forestville On My Iphone 4s & It Won't Load Anymore!?

I got a message telling me to restart forestville to receive a gift at the market, I tried but it won't load & open anymore!? The bar stops at the end & it goes no further. I've tried restarting my phone but that doesn't help either. Any ideas anyone??? Thankyou!
