Help!!!!

I have been playing zynga poker for months now. I was booted ff while playing and when I tried to get back on it said I needed to login, I ad to change mypassword and was sent onenth rough email. I reset up my account and it keeps bringing me up as a different player and it has reduced my balance from approx 770,000 to 15,000. IWhat's the deal? Please correct this now
