Forestville - Neighbors 'lost'?

Hello,   I have been playing Forestville on an iPod Touch for several days now. I realized the following error yesterday: My neighbors (I have added 20+ by now) have vanished. Whenever I go to my community-screen, the system shows me the exact number of squares - one for each neighbor I had added in the past. But instead of Forest-names I get "Community Member" and the option to add more neighbors. I am unable to share gifts, visit other forests or  any other  community-associated action. The game acts, as if I had no neighbors at all, except for the multiple "add neighbor" squares.   Waiting and/or resatrting the app does not solve the problem.     Apart from that, I have been experiencing game crashes multiple times a day. This has been happening from the beginning but - since I do enjoy the game - has not kept me from playing.   The neighbor issue on the other hand is quite annoying.   Best wishes and a happy new year!
