How Can I Fix My Game Problens?

I am using IE8, I have a huge Homestead on pioneer trail. When the game loads, about 3/4 or more of the game is missing. My crops wither before I can get back to them. Each time the game loads, I see different items than the last time it loaded. when I choose a name from the list of feiends to request Quest items, the send button dissappears. When I choose a free gift to send to thank my friends for helping me, I get an "error on page"message in the bottom left corner. I am unable to complete any quests.
