This guide is to help you troubleshoot your app if you’re having issues with Zynga Poker Mobile. Many of the tips given in this guide will apply to Zynga’s Mobile apps in general as well.

Check to see if your issue occurs if you play on your mobile device, on Facebook, or on both. If the issue occurs on Facebook or on both your mobile device and Facebook, the problem is probably on Facebook (since the mobile version pulls your chip count from its Facebook counterpart).
If you’ve determined that your issue is just on your app:
Make sure you’re using the most current version (currently 5.9 for the iPhone; Version 1.5.1 for Android)
Make sure you have a strong internet connection. If you continuously get the "Your network connection is too slow for ideal gameplay" popup, that means there is currently something wrong with your internet connection. There is also a signal strength indicator at the top left of the screen when you're playing at a table.
Reload the app (exit, and then re-enter the app).
Delete the app from your device. The method will vary depending on your device.
Re-install the app onto your device.
Re-boot your device (turn it off, and then turn it back on).
