Can't Accept Gifts.

Since last week I've been unable to accept 'gifts' in Bubble Safari.  When I click on the envelope, it shows me the gifts for a split second and then the game freezes.  The only way I can play is if I don't accept any gifts and just play the game.  What can I do to fix it?
