Why Does Zynga Make It So Difficult To Get Customer Service Help? Why Isnt There An Easy Way For The Customers To Contact Them With A Problem?

The answer, as I expect you may know, is that every company makes such decisions by assessing cost against expected benefit. A company will withhold improved customer service on the basis that the expected benefit to the company does not justify the increased cost.
