No Slingo Coins Arrive After Completing A Full Line On Hard, Daily T. Castle?

played the Hard level (Castle 16) and the last approx 8 balls made Slingos and I did not get the coins.  Also had a Full card and no coins awarded.  Played it twice and it happened both time.   need to fix this error, please.
